We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information only in the circumstances below, and only for the purposes described:
- Service providers and vendors. We share information with companies that help us operate the Site and our business, including:
- Automattic Inc. (WordPress.com and Jetpack): our website host and statistics provider. See Automattic’s Privacy Notice at https://automattic.com/privacy-notice/.
- Google LLC (Google Analytics): website analytics.
- Calendly LLC: demo and meeting scheduling.
- The form tool that receives submissions you send us through the Site.

These vendors act as our service providers and are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us.
In the past 12 months, the categories of personal information we have shared with service providers include identifiers (such as name, email, and phone number) and internet or network activity (such as usage data). We share these categories for the business purposes of hosting, analytics, communications, and scheduling.
How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (for example, to meet tax, accounting, or legal obligations). When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it. You can request deletion as described below.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access or know: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.
- Delete: request that we delete personal information we collected from you.
- Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of sale or sharing: we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still submit a request.
- Non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at victoria@pia.nyc with your request. We will verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
In some cases we may keep certain information even after a deletion request when the law allows or requires it, for example to complete a transaction, comply with a legal obligation, or maintain business records.
For California residents
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) provides the rights described above. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those permitted by law. Some browsers offer a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Where required, we treat a valid GPC signal as a request to opt out.
For residents of other states
If you live in a state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law (such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and others), you may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out. Contact us at the email above to exercise them.

The Site is intended for a professional, adult audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or tools that we do not control (for example, the Calendly scheduling page). This policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
